Travel / Booking Terms & Conditions
These Travel / Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to travel services booked via Skibookers, including dynamic packages and single services (transfers, equipment rental, ski lessons & guiding, rail, flights, accommodation). When you place a booking, you accept these Terms and any service-specific rules shown to you before payment.
Skibookers follows EU consumer law, including the Package Travel Directive, and displays all prices with taxes and mandatory charges included.
Transfers
Cancellations
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before departure of the transfer (72 hours during peak holiday periods).
If you cancel later than these times, the transfer is non-refundable.
Changes
You can change a booking of the transfer up to 24 hours before pickup at no extra cost.
Within 24 hours, changes depend on availability and may include additional charges.
Waiting times
Airport pickups: 60 minutes included. Extra waiting: €100 per hour each hour that has started.
Accommodation pickups: 20 minutes included. After that: €15 per each 15 minutes that has started.
Shared transfers: you may need to wait up to 90 minutes after your flight lands.
No-show
If the traveller fails to appear for a booked transfer without prior cancellation (“no-show”), the booking will be considered used and non-refundable. A no-show occurs if the traveller is not present within 60 minutes of the agreed pick-up time.
Insurance
All transfers are insured in line with European regulations.
Ski Equipment Rental
Booking
Please reserve equipment at least 2 days before arrival.
For weekend rentals, book by Thursday evening.
Voucher
Bring a valid rental voucher to collect equipment in the shop.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in case of illness or injury and require a medical certificate.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the rental period ends.
Complaints
If you have complaints regarding rental equipment, immediately complain to the service provider on site. If unresolved, immediately complain to Skibookers. If not resolved, submit any unresolved complaints within 3 weeks after the rental period.
We respond within 2 weeks.
No-show
If the customer does not collect the equipment on the booked date without prior cancellation, the rental is considered used and non-refundable.
Ski Lessons & Guiding
Booking & confirmation
Book directly on our platform. Bookings are confirmed immediately.
Cancellations & refunds
Policies depend on the selected school or guide.
You will always see the exact rules before you complete your booking.
No-show
If the customer does not show up at the agreed location for ski lessons on the booked date and time without prior cancellation, the booking is considered used and non-refundable.
Payments
Payments are processed securely. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Rail Travel
Booking
You can book European train tickets and rail passes via our platform.
Tickets are issued immediately.
Passenger rights
All rail journeys are covered by European rail passenger rights legislation.
Cancellations & refunds
Policies depend on the selected rail travel provider.
You will always see the exact rules before you complete your booking.
Pricing
Ticket prices include any service and segment fees.
All costs are shown clearly before payment.
No-show
If you do not board your scheduled train, the ticket will be considered used and non-refundable.
Flights (sold separately)
Booking
Flights are sold as standalone services, separate from other components of your travel arrangement.
All flight bookings are made directly with our flight supplier, and payments for flights are made immediately and directly to that supplier.
Cancellations & refunds
Each airline sets its own rules for cancellations, changes, and refunds.
These rules are displayed before you confirm the booking and apply to your ticket.
No-show
If the traveller does not board a confirmed flight without prior cancellation, the airline’s no-show policy applies.
Pricing
Prices include all taxes and surcharges. No hidden fees.
Accommodation
Booking
Accommodation bookings are instantly confirmed.
Cancellations & refunds
Each property has its own policy.
You will see the policy before you complete the booking.
No-show
In case of a no-show within reception opening times, the booking will be treated as used and non-refundable, in accordance with the property’s policy.
Consumer protection
All accommodation bookings comply with the EU Package Travel Directive where applicable.
General Provisions
The initial booking fee of €99 per booking is non-refundable under any circumstances where the traveller does not make use of the booking, including cancellations, amendments, or no-shows. This does not affect any rights the traveller has based on Package Travel Law.
This fee is retained by Skibookers to cover administrative and processing costs and is separate from and additional to any supplier or service cancellation charges.
Skibookers displays and applies supplier terms exactly as provided by each supplier.
These include cancellation, refund, and no-show conditions for accommodation, transport, rentals, and ski lessons.
By confirming your booking, you accept that supplier policies apply in full and are binding.
Transparency
The terms you see at checkout are the exact terms agreed with providers.
Complaints
Send complaints in writing within two months after your trip. Late complaints may not be dealt with or can affect possible remedies.
We respond within 14 days.
Legal protection
You are protected under EU law, including refund rights and assistance in case of disruptions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Financial protection
All non-flight travel services booked through Skibookers are protected by Trust My Travel.
Flights booked and paid directly to flight suppliers are outside the scope of this protection.
Supplier terms
Some services are provided by third-party suppliers. In such cases, the supplier’s own terms (shown at checkout) also apply to your booking.
Refund requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@skibookers.com within the applicable time frame.
Requests sent via other channels (chat, phone, social media) will not be considered valid.
Chargebacks
Skibookers reserves the right to provide transaction records — including the date, time, IP address, and proof of acceptance of Terms — as evidence that services were duly rendered in the event of a chargeback dispute.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes from third parties.
In the event that alternative arrangements cannot reasonably be offered, the customer will be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable EU law and the supplier’s terms.
After You Book
You will receive a booking confirmation and the full terms that apply to your services.
If your booking qualifies as a package, you will receive the Standard Information required by law and clear contact details for assistance.

Payment Methods
At Skibookers, all payments are processed securely. Prices always include all applicable taxes and mandatory surcharges. There are no hidden fees.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee
Each booking requires payment of a non-refundable booking fee of €99, due at the time of reservation.
This fee is charged per booking (not per traveller or group member) and covers administrative and processing costs.
The €99 booking fee is non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations, changes, or no-shows, regardless of group size or booking value. This does not affect any rights the traveller has based on Package Travel Law.
Any remaining balance will follow the applicable supplier or service-specific cancellation conditions.
Currency
All payments are processed in EUR (€). If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and fees.
Deposits & Instalments
Some bookings may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
Flexible instalment plans may be available. If so, the schedule will be displayed before checkout.
Security
Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Sensitive data is encrypted using SSL.
We do not store your card details unless you explicitly choose to save them for future bookings.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable under our Cancellation Policy or supplier terms) will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
